I had it sitting by the kitchen door for like ten minutes because I was making coffee, and my dog kept sniffing the box.
The bag was sealed up properly, no little tears or loose kibble rolling around in the shipping box. I always check the date now because I’ve been burned before, and this one still had plenty of time left. Small thing, but it made me feel better about feeding it to him.

My dog ate it right away, which is usually the real test around here. No upset stomach, no picky staring at the bowl, just normal happy dinner behavior. I’ll probably order from them again, especially if the shipping stays this easy.

I’ve ordered from kwikpets a few times now and, the delivery has been reliable for the most part. Like, one box did show up a day late, but other than that, I really haven’t had any major issues. So yeah, I’d probably use them again.

My order from kwikpets.com did eventually arrive, and everything in the package was correct, so that part was a relief. But the tracking kind of put me in a weird mood because it looked like nothing was happening for a few days, then all of a sudden it updated right before delivery. The box was fine and there weren’t any issues with the items, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the shipping updates were more accurate. Overall, it was okay, not awful, but definitely could’ve been smoother.
